МОТ: безработица в мире будет расти еще пять лет

В прошлом году еще 5 млн. человек в мире стали безработными. Об этом говорится в докладе Международной организации труда о глобальных тенденциях на рынке занятости. МОТ отмечает, что если позитивные сдвиги и происходят, то касаются они рынков капитала, а не реальных секторов экономики, и в ближайшие годы ситуация к лучшему не изменится.
“При таких низких темпах восстановления экономического роста, – говорит генеральный директор МОТ Гай Райдер, – число безработных в ближайшие годы будет только увеличиваться, к 2018 году цифра предположительно достигнет 215 млн. человек. И даже если прогнозы оправдаются и к этому времени будут созданы 200 тысяч новых рабочих мест, этого не хватит, чтобы обеспечить работой “старых” безработных и тех, кто за это время выйдут на рынок труда," добавил он.
В прошлом году, по оценкам организации, 206 млн. человек не имели работы, это 6,1% жителей планеты трудоспособного возраста. В ближайшие пять лет армия безработных будет пополняться в среднем на 3 млн. в год, если не случится новых глобальных экономических катаклизмов. Но в некоторых регионах катаклизмы не прекращаются: 45% всех безработных мира – жители стран Восточной Азии и Южной Африки.
