ОАЭ ищет способ привлечь инвестиции

Нефтяные богатства и льготное налогообложение из года в год обеспечивает страны Персидского залива иностранными инвестициями. Объединенные Арабские Эмираты надеются в этом году увеличить их приток на 20% до 14 млрд. долларов. Об этом заявил на конференции, посвященной подготовке инвестиционного форума в Дубае, замминистра экономики ОАЭ Абдулла аль Салех. При этом он постарался развеять опасения по поводу пузыря на рынке недвижимости Дубаи, где цены за прошлый год выросли на 20%.
“Объединенные Арабские Эмираты – один из самых привлекательных рынков для прямых иностранных инвестиций, по некоторым оценкам, в 2014-105 годах мы можем войти в первую десятку стран мира по этому показателю. А те, кто говорят “пузыре” на рынке ОАЭ, просто теряют возможность вложить сюда деньги,”
– сказал он. Один из ключевых факторов для инвесторов – политическая ситуация в регионе. Власти ОАЭ считают, что предстоящее смягчение санкций в отношении Ирана поможет укрепить стабильность. В 2011-12 годах, по официальным данным, торговый оборот между странами упал на треть (до 6,8 млрд. долларов). Абдулла аль Салех:
“Иран один из – один из ведущих торговых партнеров ОАЭ, они – наши соседи. И стабильность в регионе, касается ли это Ирана или какой-либо другой страны, идет на пользу экономике не только Арабских Эмиратов, но и всего мира. Стабильность обеспечит рост и региону, и остальному миру.”
Дубайский корреспондент euronews Франсуа Шиньяк:
“Объединенные Арабские Эмираты в экономическом плане начинают год на мажорной ноте. Особенно если открывается новая страница в отношениях между ОАЭ и Ираном – впрочем, экономические и социальные контакты между соседями исторически оставались сильными, несмотря на международные санкции в отношении Тегерана.”
