Parlamentul german a aprobat planul de asistenţă financiară pentru Grecia

Parlamentului Germaniei a aprobat, vineri, noul plan de asistenţă financiară destinat Greciei, informează Reuters. Camera inferioară a Parlamentului Germaniei a aprobat, vineri, noul plan de asistenţă financiară destinat Greciei, informează Die Welt. Bundestagul, reunit în sesiune extraordinară, a aprobat planul destinat Greciei cu 439 de voturi pentru, 119 împotrivă şi 40 de abţineri. Cancelarul german, Angela Merkel, ceruse Parlamentului să se pronunţe în favoarea negocierilor pentru ajungerea la un nou program de asistenţă financiară destinat Greciei. Bundestagul a convocat o şedinţă extraordinară pe această temă, în pofida vacanţei parlamentare. Angela Merkel le-a spus parlamentarilor germani că Grecia este dispusă să colaboreze cu creditorii europeni şi că a demonstrat angajamentul de a continua reformele. Întrebarea este - pe baza a ce v-am spus - dacă pot cere Bundestagului să ofere Guvernului un mandat de negocieri pentru programul de asistenţă financiară destinat Greciei. Răspunsul meu este afirmativ, afirmase Merkel. Liderii zonei euro au ajuns, pe 13 iulie, la un acord cu partea elenă pentru negocierea unui al treilea program de asistenţă financiară, care să permită rămânerea Greciei în zona euro. Grecia şi-a asigurat restructurarea datoriilor şi finanţarea pe termen mediu în cadrul unei pachet în valoare de 86 de miliarde de euro care va permite ţării să rămână în zona euro. Acordul este dificil, dar am evitat continuarea retragerilor activelor în străinătate. Am evitat un plan de strangulare financiară şi de prăbuşire a sistemului bancar. În această bătălie dură, am reuşit să obţinem restructurarea datoriilor, a afirmat premierul de extremă-stânga Alexis Tsipras. Grecia are o datorie totală de peste 320 de miliarde de euro, dintre care 65% către ţări din zona euro şi către FMI, iar 8,7% către Banca Centrală Europeană (BCE). Începând de la 1 iulie Grecia este, tehnic, în incapacitate de plăţi.
