Пенсионную формулу для получающих низкие зарплаты могут пересчитать

В новую пенсионную формулу могут ввести норму о перерасчете выплат для граждан, получающих невысокую заработную плату. Комитет Госдумы по труду, социальной политике и делам ветеранов настаивает на том, чтобы в пакет законопроектов о новой пенсионной формуле была введена норма о перерасчете пенсии для граждан, получающих невысокую заработную плату. Пакет законопроектов по пенсионной реформе был внесен правительством на рассмотрение в Госдуму 19 октября. Согласно внесенным законопроектам, предлагается разделить пенсию на страховую и накопительную. Новая пенсионная формула также предполагает, что права на страховую пенсию будут учитываться не в абсолютных цифрах, а в пенсионных коэффициентах, то есть в баллах (исходя из уровня заработной платы, стажа и возврата выхода на пенсию). Новый порядок формирования пенсионных прав граждан и назначение страховой пенсии предполагается ввести с 1 января 2015 года.
"Самый главный из нерешенных вопросов здесь — перерасчет пенсии для неработающих пенсионеров. Мы понимаем стремление правительства стимулировать тех, кто вышел на пенсию в более поздний срок. Это хорошо, но это хорошо для тех, кто получает высокую заработную плату",
— сказал глава комитета Андрей Исаев на заседании комитета.
"Мы ко второму чтению настаивали бы на том, чтобы ввести перерасчет для категории тех, кто получает невысокую заработную плату", — подчеркнул он.
