Производитель Airbus продаст штаб-квартиру в Париже

Европейский аэрокосмический холдинг EADS в рамках будущей реорганизации сократит от пяти до шести тысяч сотрудников (около пяти процентов рабочей силы), а также продаст штаб-квартиру в Париже. Об этом в номере от 9 декабря пишет газета Le Figaro со ссылкой на неназванные источники. В EADS пока не прокомментировали информацию об увольнениях. О деталях реструктуризации позднее 9 декабря должен рассказать генеральный директор EADS Том Эндерс (Tom Enders). Как указывает издание, ранее он уже предупреждал о «драконовских» мерах, которые нужно принять для повышения эффективности работы концерна. Затраты на содержание офисного здания EADS в Париже, как считают в компании, слишком высоки. Штаб-квартира площадью 12 тысяч квадратных метров может быть продана примерно за сто миллионов евро, а сам EADS из владельца недвижимости станет арендатором. Ожидается, что в рамках реорганизации космические и оборонные предприятия EADS будут слиты в отдельную структуру под названием Airbus Defense & Space. Туда войдут выпускающая военные самолеты компания Airbus Military, производитель космических аппаратов Astrium, а также разработчик военных беспилотников Cassidian. Предполагается, что выделение отдельной структуры произойдет с 1 января 2014 года. Как считают эксперты, реструктуризация поможет EADS сэкономить от 300 до 500 миллионов евро в 2014-2016 годах. В немецких СМИ будущая экономия оценивается в 690 миллионов евро за два года. Аэрокосмический и оборонный концерн EADS был образован в 2000 году в результате слияния немецкой Daimler-Benz Aerospace, французской Aerospatiale-Matra и испанской CASA. Вместе с Boeing он является крупнейшим производителем гражданских самолетов в мире. В 2013 году EADS принял решение сменить название на группа Airbus. Всего в EADS работают около 140 тысяч человек, в том числе примерно 50 тысяч — в Германии. Немецкие сотрудники концерна выступают против реструктуризации; в конце ноября более 20 тысяч рабочих EADS провели демонстрации протеста в ряде городов Германии.
