Разработчики МСФО обновили планы

После проведенного декабрьского заседания в краткосрочные рабочие планы Совета по МСФО были внесены некоторые корректировки, связанные либо с добавлением новых проектов, либо с уточнением сроков уже активных.
 
Проекты разработки стандартов
 
  • Отрасли на тарифном регулировании. Проект перешел из категории исследовательских в категорию проектов разработки стандартов. Судя по всему, нас ждет новый стандарт, который придет на смену IFRS 14 “Счета отложенных тарифных разниц”. Только вот никаких сроков реализации пока не указано.
 
Проекты улучшения стандартов
 
  • Доступность рефинансирования пенсионного плана - изменения к КРМФО (IFRIC) 14 “Предельная величина актива пенсионного плана с установленными выплатами, минимальные требования к финансированию и их взаимосвязь”. Решение относительно дальнейших направлений работы с проектом будет принято в феврале.
  • Первое применение IFRS 17 и IFRS 9 (сравнительная информация). Недавно вышла итоговая версия изменений, поэтому проект убрали из рабочего плана.
  • Арендное обязательство в сделках продаж с обратной арендой. Проект перешел из категории исследовательских в категорию проектов разработки стандартов, но пока никаких сроков не указывается.
  • Соглашения о финансировании поставок. Обратный отклик по поводу выходившего в ноябре предварительного варианта стандарта ожидается в первом полугодии 2022 г. (пока что продолжается консультационный период – он завершится 28 марта).
 
Исследовательские проекты
 
  • Объединение бизнеса под общим контролем. Обсуждение полученных на прошлогодний дискуссионный документ откликов перенесены с декабря этого года на январь следующего.
  • Динамическое управление риском. Принятие решения по дальнейшим направлениям работы с проектом перенесено с первого на второй квартал следующего года.
  • Гудвилл и обесценение. Сроки принятия решения по дальнейшим направлениям работы с проектом стали менее определенными: второе полугодие 2022 года вместо второго квартала.
  • Пенсионные обязательства, зависящие от доходности на активы. Подведение промежуточных итогов по проекту состоится во втором квартале следующего года
 
Прочие проекты
 
  • Техническое обновление Таксономии МСФО 2021 года. Вышло в начале месяца, а в первом квартале следующего года ожидается отклик на этот предварительный вариант.
  • Обновление Таксономии (изменения в IAS 1, IAS 8 и практическом руководстве PS 2) - обновление ожидается в феврале следующего года (ранее планировалось в декабре текущего). Этого не произошло.
  • Вышло обновление к Таксономии, связанное с одновременным применением IFRS 17 и IFRS 9 по части представления сравнительной информации - тем самым обновлением, которое чуть больше недели назад представили в окончательном варианте. В случае с Таксономией МСФО этот вариант предварительный, по которому комментарии будут приниматься до 17 января 2022 г., а свое заключение по полученным отзывам разработчики готовятся представить в феврале.
  • Third Agenda Consultation - консультации по долгосрочным рабочим планам. Обратный отклик как подведение итогов ожидается во втором полугодии 2022 г.
