România: plafonul pentru microintreprinderi rămîne neschimbat
"Dacă în cursul unui an fiscal o microintreprindere realizează venituri mai mari de 220.000 lei sau ponderea veniturilor realizate din consultanta şi management în veniturile totale este de peste 20 % inclusiv, aceasta va plăti impozit pe profit. Calculul şi plata impozitului pe profit se efectuează începînd cu trimestrul în care s-a depăşit limita prevazută în prezentul articol, luînd în considerare veniturile şi cheltuielile realizate de la începutul anului fiscal. Impozitul pe profit datorat reprezinta diferenţa dintre impozitul pe profit calculat de la începutul anului fiscal pînă la sfîrşitul perioadei de raportare şi impozitul pe veniturile microintreprinderilor datorat în cursul anului respectiv", se arată în proiectul de lege.
