Россия: Интернет-посылки из-за границы могут обложить пошлиной до 10%

Международные посылки, отправленные интернет-магазинами, могут обложить таможенными пошлинами в размере от 1 до 10%. С таким предложением выступил вчера исполняющий обязанности начальника Московской таможни Центрального таможенного управления Александр Дуров, пишет "РБК daily". В настоящее время пошлиной в размере 30% облагаются посылки стоимостью более 1 тыс. долл. и весом более 31 кг. Интернет-торговля пока не приносит прибыли российскому бюджету, а ведь объем товаров на одной только Московской таможне превышает 2,8 млрд евро в год. По мнению А.Дурова, введение 10-процентной пошлины на каждую посылку, поступившую от иностранных интернет-магазинов, принесет в бюджет до 28 млн евро ежегодно. Предложение предстоит рассмотреть в Минэкономразвития, Минфине и Минкомсвязи, однако эксперты уже поддержали его. Если пошлина составит 1%, никакого явного эффекта не будет, а вот если ее установят в размере 10%, это позволит российским интернет-магазинам конкурировать с зарубежными сайтами, уверены наблюдатели. Они отмечают, что зачастую беспошлинный ввоз товаров используется для последующей перепродажи и уклонения от уплаты налогов.
