Россия: Минтруд разработал рекомендации бизнесу для противодействия коррупции

Методические рекомендации Минтруда призывают частные бизнес-организации создавать свою внутреннюю антикоррупционную политику. Министерство труда и соцзащиты РФ разработало рекомендации для российского бизнеса по предупреждению и противодействию коррупции, сообщил директор департамента развития государственной службы министерства Дмитрий Баснак журналистам в пятницу.
"Мы стремимся стимулировать все организации, которые занимаются бизнесом, взаимодействуют с госорганами, осуществляют хозяйственную деятельность, принимать меры по предупреждению коррупции. У нас сейчас для госрганов, для внебюджетных фондов, для госкорпорация и госкомпаний действуют в полном объеме, с некоторыми поправками, те нормы законодательства, которые установлены для госслужащий. Для всех остальных организаций должна быть создана некая модель, чтобы они могли бы ее у себя внедрять. Мы подготовили такие рекомендации для организаций всех форм собственности", — сказал он.
Баснак напомнил, что поправки в федеральный закон "О противодействии коррупции", которые вступили в силу в конце 2012 года, обязывают организации принимать меры по предупреждению коррупции, однако перечня возможных мер до сих пор разработано не было. По словам чиновника, методические рекомендации Минтруда призывают частные бизнес-организации создавать свою внутреннюю антикоррупционную политику. Основной акцент в рекомендациях сделан на проведении организациями систематической оценки коррупционных рисков, создании процедуры выявления и урегулирования конфликтов интересов, внедрении стандартов поведения, развитии внутреннего контроля и организации специализированных подразделений по противодействию коррупции. Рекомендации разработаны совместно с ведущими российскими бизнес-объединениями: Российским союзом промышленников и предпринимателей, Торгово-промышленной палатой, "Деловой Россией", "Опорой России".
