Российские металлурги попали под санкции Евросоюза

Евросоюз ввел на пять лет антидемпинговые пошлины на холоднокатаный прокат из России. Санкции коснулись крупнейших российских металлургических компаний - «Северстали», Магнитогорского и Новолипецкого комбинатов. Наименьшая пошлина установлена для Магнитогорского металлургического комбината- 18,7%. Пошлина для «Северстали» составляет 34%, для Новолипецкого металлургического комбината и остальных компаний - 36,1%. Пошлины вводятся ретроспективно с декабря 2015 года и будут действовать в течение пяти лет. Поводом для расследования послужила жалоба Европейской ассоциации производителей стали (Eurofer), представляющей интересы производителей более 25% объема листовой холоднокатаной стали. Ассоциация обвинила китайских и российских металлургов в искусственном занижении цен на холодный прокат, используемый при производстве автомобилей и бытовой техники. По данным Евростата, в 2014 году доля российских производителей на рынке холоднокатаного проката ЕС составила 10,1%. За год российские компании поставили в страны ЕС 724,758 тыс. т холоднокатаного проката по средней цене в 499 евро за тонну. Статистики отмечают, что за три года (с 2011 по 2014 год) доля россиян на рынке ЕС выросла в 1,7 раза (с 5,9% до 10,1%), объем поставок подскочил в полтора раза (с 466 тыс. до 724,7 тыс. т), а средняя цена сократилась на 21% (с 630 до 499 евро за т).
