Российский бизнес могут заставить платить за услуги «электронного правительства»

Такие предположения строит “Бухгалтерия.ru” со ссылкой на проект нового правительственного постановления РФ, которое было выставлено на обсуждение. Бизнес могут заставить платить, во-первых, за некоторые услуги единой системы идентификации и аутентификации (ЕСИА). Учетные записи граждан в этой системе требуются для доступа на сайты госуслуг. Сейчас в ней зарегистрировано около 29 млн. российских пользователей. Во-вторых, оплата может потребоваться для доступа к системе межведомственного электронного взаимодействия, которая нужна для обмена документами между министерствами и ведомствами – здесь сейчас около 12.5 тыс. пользователей. Пока что пользование системами бесплатно, но Минкомсвязи России имеет возможность устанавливать тарифы за пользование отдельными услугами, и как раз этот момент (какие именно услуги и каков размер оплаты) сейчас будет уточняться.
