Se schimbă legea prin care străinii pot cumpăra teren în România

La mai puţin de un an de la intrarea în vigiare a legii care reglementează tranzacţiile cu terenuri agricole pe persoană fizică, două proiecte de acte normative sunt pe care să modifice modul în care străinii cumpără teren în România. Între timp, mii de proprietari nu pot beneficia de propriile terenuri. Pe masa parlamentarilor există în momentul de faţă două proiecte de acte normative prin care se doreşte să se aducă modificări la controversata Lege care permite cetăţenilor străini persoane fizice să cumpere teren agricol în România (Legea 17/2014). Probleme cu mii de tranzacţii Unul dintre ele vizează o problemă care a generat mari prejudicii celor care au încheiat antecontracte sau promisiuni de vânzare cumpărare de teren anterior datei de 11 aprilie 2014, ziua în care a intrat în vigoare Legea privind unele masuri de reglementare a vânzării-cumpărării terenurilor agricole situate in extravilan. Practic, deşi au plătit pentru terenul care urma să intre în posesia lor în urma încheierii actului de vânzare cumpărare, tranzacţia nu s-a mai putut finaliza, iar eu nu pot beneficia de bunul lor. Aceasta întrucât, potrivit noii Legi a terenurilor, prevederile prezentei legi (Legea 17/2014 n.red) nu se aplică antecontractelor şi pactelor de opţiune care au fost autentificate la notariat anterior intrării în vigoare a acesteia.
