"Группа должна определить, какие вопросы такое соглашение может охватывать, и наметить возможные подходы к взаимовыгодному урегулированию чувствительных вопросов для конкретных отраслей", - отметил Слепнев.По итогам своей работы эксперты представят специальный отчет и рекомендации, на основе которых может быть принято решение начать переговоры о зоне свободной торговли между странами ТС и Израилем. В ЕЭК напомнили, что современные соглашения о свободной торговле нацелены на создание благоприятных условий для дальнейшего развития торгово-экономического сотрудничества. Помимо классических вопросов либерализации торговли через снижение таможенных пошлин, такие соглашения часто включают другие дисциплины, например, вопросы торговли услугами и другие меры облегчения взаимной инвестиционной деятельности, развития трансграничной торговли услугами, обеспечения необходимой защиты и поощрения капиталовложений.
