Турция расширяет применение МСФО

В 2011 году Организация по публичному надзору и стандартам учета и аудита - Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (POA) – получила в Турции статус официального разработчика стандартов. Эта структура публикует сегодня турецкие национальные стандарты, которые по причине своей схожести с МСФО имеют аббревиатуру “TFRS”; она же определяет области применения этих стандартов. Фонд МСФО обновил раздел с профилями юрисдикций на МСФО – в данном случае, собственно, Турции – чтобы учесть последние изменения регулирования стандартов TFRS со стороны POA. А именно – стандарты TFRS в Турции теперь применяются на обязательной основе для составления консолидированной и отдельной финансовой отчетности:
  • Компаниями, чьи акции торгуются на регулируемых рынках
  • Финансовыми посредниками
  • Компаниями, предоставляющими услуги портфельного менеджмента
  • Банками
  • Компаниями, занятыми финансовым лизингом
  • Факторинговыми компаниями
  • Финансовыми компаниями
  • Страховыми компаниями
  • Фирмами, занятыми перестрахованием
  • Пенсионными компаниями
  • Компаниями, занятыми управлением активами
  • Пенсионными фондами
  • Инвестиционными фирмами
  • Участниками схем коллективных инвестиций

  • Структурами, занятыми ипотечным кредитованием
  • Фондами, занятыми финансированием жилищного строительства
