Украина может получить кредит от МВФ еще до конца года

Подписание Украиной Ассоциации с Европейским Союзом может ускорить получение кредита от Международного валютного фонда. Об этом сказал в среду в ходе интернет-конференции председатель Комитета экономистов Украины Андрей Новак. "Если Украина подпишет ассоциацию с ЕС в конце ноября, то и сотрудничество с МВФ быстро возобновится, и, возможно, первые 1-2 транша мы получим еще до конца года, в декабре", - сказал Новак, добавив, что сотрудничество с МВФ никогда не носило сугубо экономического характера, это всегда прямая связь с политической лояльностью к власти страны. Относительно экономических условий МВФ, то, по мнению председателя Комитета экономистов, они объясняются тем, что МВФ хочет быть уверенным в платежеспособности клиента и способности этот кредит с процентами возвращать вовремя, согласно кредитному договору.
"Глядя на структуру расходов госбюджета, МВФ только объявляет самые крупные и самые критические его статьи, и рекомендует стране решить вопрос с этими наиболее проблемными статьями. Для МВФ нет значения по сути, какие это статьи. И если для украинского бюджета наиболее проблемные статьи покрытия дефицита Пенсионного Фонда и дефицита "Нафтогаза України", то МВФ и указывает нам на эти проблемные статьи", - объяснил Новак.
А относительно необходимости кредитоваться в МВФ, то другого кредитора страна сейчас не найдет, тем более, по таким низким процентам, по которым кредитует МВФ, - как правило, 2-4%, убежден экономист.
