Украинская налоговая система станет прозрачнее.

Украина намерена присоединиться к Глобальному форуму по прозрачности и обмену информацией для налоговых целей (ОЕСР). Полномочия по подписанию соответствующего письма к председателю Секретариата Глобального форума предоставил министру доходов и сборов Украины Александру Клименко Президент Украины Виктор Янукович в соответствующем распоряжении, сообщили Укринформу в пресс-службе Министерства доходов и сборов Украины.
«Присоединение нашей страны к Глобальному форуму будет способствовать повышению прозрачности украинской налоговой системы как для инвесторов, так и для стран-партнеров. Мировые государства сегодня активно работают над налаживанием обмена информацией о финансовых потоках, теневых схемах уклонения от налогообложения. И Украина в этом смысле в глобальном тренде. В комплексе с законом о трансфертном ценообразованием этот шаг позволит нам перекрыть схемы по минимизации налоговых обязательств через выведение прибылей в оффшоры и низконалоговые юрисдикции», - подчеркнул Клименко.
Напомним, возможность приобретения членства Украины в Глобальном форуме обсуждалась во время встречи министра доходов и сборов Украины Александра Клименко с Комиссаром ЕС по вопросам налогообложения, таможенного союза, аудита и борьбы с мошенничеством Альгирдасом Шеметой в Брюсселе в июне 2013 года. Глобальный форум - это многосторонняя структура, созданная решением Совета Организации экономического сотрудничества и развития в 2009 году. Форум насчитывает 120 участников, среди которых все страны G20, страны-члены ОЕСР, международные финансовые центры и развивающиеся страны. Эта организация уполномочена странами G20 способствовать эффективному соблюдению международных стандартов по прозрачности и обмену информацией для налоговых целей, объединению международных усилий для борьбы с уклонением или неуплатой налогов, незаконными финансовыми потоками. Форум проводит коллегиальный обзор («Peer Review»), в рамках которого оценивается процесс реализации каждой из стран-членов международных стандартов по прозрачности и обмену информацией. Кроме того, Глобальный форум обеспечивает техническое содействие при имплементации таких стандартов.
