Уровень безработицы из-за автоматизации в мегаполисах достигнет 80%

К 2030 году уровень безработицы в Гонконге, Лондоне и Нью-Йорке достигнет рекордного уровня, считает венчурный капиталист Саймон Сквибб. Однако бояться этого не стоит, так как у людей появятся новые занятия и перспективы. Прогнозы Сквибба строятся на наблюдениях за стартапами и IT-индустрией в целом. Многим в это сложно поверить, но к 2030 году в мире не будет ни банкиров, ни бухгалтеров, ни курьерских сервисов с реальными людьми. Установится новый мировой порядок, — заявил основатель гонконгского стартап-инкубатора Nest в интервью South China Morning Post. По данным Forrester Research, технологии искусственного интеллекта применяются все чаще, хотя люди пока этого не замечают. Цифровые камеры, голосовые помощники, таргетирование и поиск по тегам — все это результат работы IT-технологий. Бытовые приборы и мелкая электроника становятся частью глобальной сети. К 2030 году влияние IT увеличится, а в мегаполисах уровень безработицы возрастет на 80%. В крупных городах автоматизация особенно затронет банковские центры, выполняющие традиционные операции. По словам Сквибба, роботизированные финансовые консультанты уже вытесняют людей. Согласно опросу Accenture, 7 из 10 потребителей хотят в будущем пользоваться эксклюзивными роботизированными сервисами для управления своими счетами, страховкой и пенсионным планом. Несмотря на высокий уровень безработицы, на рынке труда появятся новые вакансии, требующие творческих навыков. Изменится само понятие работы и безработицы, считает Сквибб. С ним согласны и аналитики Accenture. Устаревшие модели управления, иерархии и найма сотрудников заменяются открытыми площадками для поиска талантов. Количество внештатных сотрудников увеличится, а положение фрилансеров укрепится. В этих условиях безусловный основной доход может стать основой новой системы распределения доходов.
