В России отменили действие иностранных водительских удостоверений

Тысячи водителей такси, среди которых много граждан СНГ, не смогут выйти на работу в связи с отменой действия иностранных водительских прав в РФ, которая вступила в силу 1 июня 2017 г. Об этом заявил первый зампредседателя комитета Госдумы по госстроительству и законодательству, сопредседатель регионального штаба ОНФ в Москве Вячеслав Лысаков. «Таксисты, чьи машины уже стоят сотнями, тысячами, зачем им выезжать — рисковать на штраф нарваться. А если маленькая компания, то ее руководителю тем более не по силам высокие штрафы», — сказал Лысаков. Депутат напомнил, что водители с иностранными правами не имеют права выезжать на дорогу, а за управление автомобилем без прав предусмотрен штраф от 5 до 15 тыс. рублей, а работодателю грозит 50 тыс. рублей штрафа. Ранее сообщалось, что запрет на иностранные водительские права привел к транспортному коллапсу во Владивостоке. В результате многие грузовики логистических компаний утром не смогли выехать в рейсы, в городе наблюдается нехватка автобусов. С 1 июня вступил в силу закон, запрещающий водителям ездить в России с иностранными водительскими удостоверениями. Поправки, которые могли бы отложить вступление этой нормы в силу еще на год — до 1 июня 2018 года, Госдума принять не успела.
