В Иране появятся новые свободные экономические зоны

В Исламской Республике уже действуют семь свободных и 16 особых экономических зон Новые свободные экономические зоны (СЭЗ) появятся на юге Ирана в городах Бушер и Джаск. Как сообщило агентство ИРНА, все необходимые документы направлены в правительство Исламской Республики.
Учреждение новых открытых площадок для инвестиций будет способствовать дальнейшему укреплению устойчивости экономики страны. Только так можно успешно противостоять внешним шокам и нивелировать эффект (западных) санкций, - считает секретарь Координационного совета по свободным и особым экономическим зонам Акбар Торкан.
Еще один метод укрепления экономики - развитие отношений с соседними странами. Именно поэтому свободные экономические зоны, по мнению Торкана, находятся на окраинах республики. Создание свободных и особых экономических зон - одно из важнейших направлений экономической политики руководства ИРИ. На данный момент в Иране действуют семь свободных и 16 особых экономических зон. На территории СЭЗ нет никаких ограничений по валютным операциям. Более того, предприятия, зарегистрированные там, на 15 лет освобождаются от уплаты всех налогов. Свободные экономические зоны крайне привлекательны для иностранного капитала. На территории СЭЗ возможна регистрация компаний с полностью иностранным капиталом, обладающих правом самостоятельного юридического лица и возможностью создания филиалов на основной территории Ирана. Такая система намного демократичнее, чем правила игры на "большой земле", где регулируется не только процент иностранных инвестиций в предприятие (не более 50%), но и в целом в отрасль (не более 35%). При этом фирмы, зарегистрированные на территории этих зон, обладают равными правами с предприятиями, расположенными вне их. Привлекательны и сроки прохождения различных бюрократических процедур. Так, на территории СЭЗ можно зарегистрировать дело в течение двух недель, в отличие от растянутого до полугода процесса регистрации фирмы в Иране.
