В Испании ввели «налог на солнце»

Испания, 10 сентября. Общественность Испании возмущена налогом, который ввело правительство на солнечную энергию. Новый «налог на солнце» испанцы называют смехотворным и глупым. Испания является одной из стран-лидеров по производству солнечной энергии при помощи фотоэлектрических солнечных батарей. Ранее правительство страны одобряло установку таких батарей. Однако сейчас, на фоне долгового кризиса, оно пытается найти новые пути пополнения государственной казны. Налог был введён для покрытия государственного долга в 26 млрд евро перед производителями электроэнергии, образовавшегося в ходе регуляции цен на энергоносители. Бывший государственный секретарь Испании по вопросам окружающей среды Тереза Рибера выразила своё возмущение новым налогом правительства и заявила, что его введение можно сравнить с налогом для велосипедистов на поддержание автозаправочных станций, которыми они не пользуются. Эксперт назвала это решение правительства нелогичным и неэффективным и предупредила, что оно может привести к массовым протестным акциям. Испанцы называют налог «смехотворным» и «глупым». Одни производители солнечных батарей намерены судиться с властями, другие — игнорировать новый закон. Новый закон предусматривает штраф в размере до 30 млн евро для лиц, не подключивших свои солнечные батареи к национальной электросети.
