В ресторанах Европы вводят "налог на жадность" за недоеденные блюда

В ресторанах Европы, которые работают по принципу "шведский стол", становится все известнее введение штрафов за недоеденную еду. Система "шведский стол" предполагает фиксированную цену стоимость за ужин или обед. При этом к столу подходить можно бесконечное число раз. Этот принцип известен россиянам и украинцам по египетским и турецким курортам. Помимо всего прочего, всем также известна ситуация, когда на тарелке оказывается намного больше еды, чем свободного места в желудке. Больше известно экспертам отдела "Новости Европы" экономического издания для современных инвесторов "Биржевой лидер". В одном ресторане китайской кухни в Вильнюсе нужно будет оплатить за ужин в два раза больше в том случае, когда на тарелке останется какая-то часть еды. Подобного рода схемы были придуманы в Азии. В первый раз штрафы "за недоеденное" были введены в ресторанах Гонконга. В этом городе каждый взятый, но недоеденный суши будет стоит дополнительные 1,5 доллара. После этого инициатива была подхвачена в Соединенных Штатах Америки. Отдельные общепиты Америки ввели дополнительную оплату за недоеденное блюдо в объеме треть от его цены, сообщает издание thekievtimes. По информации сх организации ООН, человечество все время теряет приблизительно 33 процента всей производимой еды. Ежегодно на свалку попадает столько продуктов, сколько делает вся черная Африка. В текущем году при ООН была сформирована спецорганизация Save Food ("Спасем еду"). Она была призвана поднять осведомленность общественности о последствиях "перевода" продуктов. Активисты планируют поменять отношение потребителей к продуктам, привлечь максимально большое количество единомышленников к популяризации идеи о "спасении еды". Как сообщали ране эксперты издания "Биржевой лидер", в Саудовской Аравии один из ресторанчиков также своих клиентов заставляет дополнительно платить то, что они не могли доесть за собой. Подобная сознательность оказалась на руку многим хозяевам заведений, поток клиентов быстро вырос. Особо голодный должен платить два раза. У входа в подобный ресторан висит специальное предупреждение:
"Бери лишь то, что сможешь доесть, так как за остатки на тарелке придется оплатить дополнительный налог".
И несмотря на то, что надпись видна издалека, большинство клиентов узнают о странной акции лишь после получения счета за слишком обильную трапезу.
