Япония будет активнее торговать оружием на мировом рынке

Правительство Японии объявило о намерении снять часть ограничений на экспорт произведенных на японских заводах оружия и военной техники, передает Reuters. Японские компании смогут свободно поставлять вооружения международным организациям, в частности участвующим в миротворческих миссиях ООН. Премьер-министр Синдзо Абэ заявил, что пересмотру может подвергнуться и правило, усложняющее продажу вооружений "третьим сторонам". Сейчас страна, покупающая у Японии военное снаряжение, должна получить одобрение официального Токио на передачу его другим сторонам. Еще в 1967г. Япония выработала "три принципа" экспорта вооружений: их нельзя продавать коммунистическим правительствам, странам - участницам международных конфликтов и государствам, находящимся под действием санкций ООН. В результате едва ли не единственным покупателем японского оружия остались США. Такие жесткие правила негативно сказывались на прибыльности военно-промышленного комплекса Японии и усложняли разработку и внедрение новых технологий. Пересмотр запрета крайне выгоден оружейным заводам, например, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries и Kawasaki Heavy Industries. Заявление Абэ можно рассматривать в общем контексте его политики: кроме "трех принципов", правительство планирует пересмотреть и другие запреты, установленные после поражения страны во Второй мировой войне. С осени 2013г. началось заметное охлаждение японо-китайских отношений на фоне территориального спора в Восточно-Китайском море.
