Particularitățile calculării și achitării contribuțiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii în anul 2025
Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale a publicat în Monitorul Oficial din 3 aprilie curent Particularitățile calculării și achitării contribuțiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii în anul 2025, aprobate prin Ordinul nr. 38-A din 03.03.2025.
Particularitățile au fost aprobate în temeiul Legii nr. 489/1999 privind sistemul public de asigurări sociale și a Legii bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat nr. 303/2024 și în scopul oferii unui suport în aplicarea dispozițiilor legale de către persoanele fizice și juridice cărora le revin drepturi și obligații ce decurg din legile menționate.
Particularitățile respective pot fi consultate în MO din 3 aprilie 2025 Nr.167-169 (9677-9679), pag. 127-133, precum și pe pagina web a CNAS - https://cnas.gov.md/ accesând Cadrul juridice – Acte normative interne – Dispoziții sau AICI.
