Perioada de subscriere pentru emisiunea VMS din luna mai, lansată de Ministerul Finanțelor
Ministerul Finanțelor anunță deschiderea perioadei de subscriere pentru valorile mobiliare de stat (VMS) prin intermediul platformei www.eVMS.md, începând cu 19 mai și până pe 28 mai 2025.
În cadrul acestei sesiuni, investitorii persoane fizice, pot opta pentru obligațiuni de stat cu maturități de:
- 2 ani, cu rata anuală a dobânzii de 7,6 %;
- 3 ani (în premieră) cu rata anuală a dobânzii de 7,8%.
Dobânda este fixă pe toată durata perioadei de subscriere, ceea ce înseamnă un venit stabil și garantat, achitat semianual direct în contul bancar al investitorului.
Precizăm că începând cu luna aprilie 2025, Ministerul Finanțelor a trecut la o frecvență lunară a emisiunilor de VMS, oferind astfel acces continuu la oportunități de investiție și o mai mare flexibilitate în planificarea financiară.
În urma subscrierii precedente, din aprilie 2025, Ministerul Finanțelor a înregistrat investiții totale de 74,1 milioane de lei, realizate prin 644 de tranzacții efectuate de 500 de investitori.
