Порядок роспуска/ликвидации юридического лица, а также его обязательства перед ГНС
Порядок исключения юридических лиц из Государственного реестра регламентируется положениями Гражданского кодекса, Закона № 220/2017 «О государственной регистрации юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей», а также Закона № 845/1992 «О предпринимательстве и предприятиях». Процедура ликвидации (роспуск) юридического лица включает в себя определенные действия, инициирующие и подготавливающие прекращение существования юридического лица. 1. Ликвидация юридического лица (ст. 223-224 Гражданского кодекса) влечет исключение его из Государственного реестра и, следовательно, прекращение его как субъекта права.
