Prevederile Legii nr. 34/2024 se aplică autorităților și instituțiilor publice?
Potrivit art. 2 lit. a) din Legea nr. 34/2024 privind efectuarea decontărilor în numerar și pentru modificarea unor acte normative, prezenta lege se aplică persoanelor juridice, indiferent de tipul de proprietate sau forma juridică de organizare, cu excepţia autorităţilor şi instituţiilor publice. Explicația este oferită în Ordinul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat nr. 357 din 04.07.25 prin care a fost actualizată Baza generalizată a practicii fiscale.
