Programul LEADER: cererile vor fi depuse din 15 ianuarie

Ministerul Agriculturii și Industriei Alimentare anunță lansarea Apelului II pentru depunerea cererilor în cadrul Programului LEADER, având drept obiectiv selectarea grupurilor de acțiune locală (GAL) și aprobarea strategiilor de dezvoltare locală pentru finanțare din Fondul național de dezvoltare a agriculturii și mediului rural.

 

 !!! Perioada de depunere a cererilor este 15 ianuarie- 23 februarie 2024.



Apelul de propuneri este destinat Grupurilor de Acțiune Locală din Republica Moldova, care funcționează în conformitate cu principiile abordării LEADER și dispun de o strategie de dezvoltare locală aprobată de adunarea generală a GAL-ului.

 

Alocația financiară anuală din Fondul național de dezvoltare a agriculturii și mediului rural pentru dezvoltarea locală prin implementarea Programului LEADER constituie un cuantum de până la 5%.

 

Cererea de selectare a GAL-ului și aprobare a strategiei de dezvoltare locală pentru finanțare se depune de către directorul GAL-ului sau alt reprezentant. Cererea de selectare a GAL-ului și aprobare a strategiei de dezvoltare locală pentru finanțare, conform modelului aprobat prin ordin al organului central de specialitate, se depune împreună cu următoarele documente:

  • copia strategiei de dezvoltare locală;
  • planul operațional, elaborat pentru o perioadă de doi ani;
  • copia procesului-verbal al ședinței adunării generale a GAL-ului la care a fost aprobat planul operațional;
  • lista membrilor GAL-ului;
  • împuternicirea reprezentantului, după caz;
  • declarația privind veridicitatea documentelor prezentate;
  • certificatul privind confirmarea contului bancar;
  • copia contractelor de muncă pentru angajații organului executiv al GAL-ului;
  •  raportul privind realizarea indicatorilor stabiliți în planul operațional și realizați în apelul precedent, în cazul GAL-urilor finanțate în apelul precedent;
  •  procedura de monitorizare a proiectelor implementate în cadrul GAL-ului, descrisă succint.
