1. (29.1.2.17) Se impozitează cu impozitul pe venit subvențiile obținute de către producători agricoli pentru asigurarea riscurilor de producție în agricultură și se permit la deducere cheltuielile ce țin de primirea subvențiilor?
Conform art. 20 lit.z2) din Codul fiscal, mijloacele băneşti obţinute din fondurile speciale nu se impozitează. Astfel, veniturile obținute de către producători agricoli sub formă de subvențiile pentru asigurarea riscurilor de producție în agricultură, nu se impozitează. Articol 20 din Codul fiscal stipulează tipurile de venit care nu se includ în venitul brut. Întru determinarea obligațiunilor fiscale privind impozitul pe venit la completarea Declarației cu privire la impozitul pe venit (forma VEN12), în anexa 1D rând. 02012 contribuabilul ajus...
