1. (29.4.22) În baza cărui document se atestă impozitul pe venit achitat de nerezident în Republica Moldova?

Atestarea venitul obținut şi impozitul pe venit achitat în Republica Moldova se efectuează în baza Certificatului privind atestarea impozitului pe venit achitat de nerezident în Republica Moldova (Forma 3-DTA17). Certificatul se eliberează de către Direcția deservire fiscală, în termen de 30 zile calendaristice de la data depunerii cererii, în forma și modul stabilit de Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr.50 din 15 martie 2017, cu privire la aprobarea formularelor-tip ce atestă rezidența şi impozitul pe venit achitat de nerezidenții în Republicii Moldova. De asemenea, în cazuri special, conform pct.42 din Instrucțiunea cu privire la modul de completare a formularelor-tip ce atestă rezidența și impozitul pe venit achitat de către nerezidenții Republicii Moldova din Ordinul sus-menționat, atestarea venitului și a impozitului pe venit pentru nerezidenţii Republicii Moldova poate fi efectuată şi pe formularele statelor străine cu anexarea traducerii în limba de stat efectuată de traducători autorizaţi, conform modului stabilit în Legea nr.264-XVI din 11 decembrie 2008, cu excepţia celor prezentate în limba rusă şi în limba engleză, și certificatului Forma 3-DTA17, urmînd a fi autentificate prin aplicarea ştampilei de către Serviciul Fiscal de Stat.
