(32.1.23) În cazul în care unul din terenurile agricole achiziționate și/sau luate în arendă este înregistrat în calitate de subdiviziune, este posibil de modificat caracteristicile terenului prin extinderea subdiviziunii asupra terenului agricol adiacent subdiviziunii, care este amplasat la o distanță mai mare de subdiviziune, dar în cadrul aceleiași comune?
Conform pct. 61 din Instrucțiunea privind evidența contribuabililor, aprobată prin Ordinul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat nr. 299 din 02.02.2012 „Cu privire la aprobarea Instrucțiunii privind evidența contribuabililor”, în cazul înregistrării subdiviziunilor/ obiectelor impozabile, la cerere/constatare contribuabilul va anexa documentele confirmative ce atestă dreptul de proprietate, chirie, arendă, folosință ș.a. În cazul când contribuabilul deține mai multe contracte de arendă asupra pământului, acesta anexează la cerere o confirmare eliberată de către prim...
