(10.2.4) Pentru desfăşurarea căror genuri de activitate în baza patentei de întreprinzător, la cererea de eliberare a patentei este necesar de a anexa copia de pe diplomă sau de pe alt act privind studiile ce confirmă nivelul de calificare necesar desfășur

Copia de pe diplomă sau de pe alt act privind studiile ce confirmă nivelul de calificare necesar desfășurării genului de activitate respectiv se anexează la cererea de eliberare a patentei de întreprinzător depusă pentru genurile de activitate enumerate în anexa la Legea cu privire la patenta de întreprinzător nr. 93/1998, corespunzătoare următoarelor poziții:

-2.5 Masaj, servicii de îngrijire a bolnavilor si alte servicii medicale, acordate de catre personalul medical inferior;

-2.6 Servicii veterinare, zootehnice;

-2.12 Predarea limbilor străine (instruire individuală sau în grupe cu un număr de pînă la 20 persoane);

-2.13 Predarea si meditarea diferitelor discipline, cu exceptia muzicii, coregrafiei si artelor plastice (instruire individuală sau în grupe cu un numar de pînă la 20 persoane);

-2.14 Predarea muzicii, coregrafiei si artelor plastice (instruire individuală sau în grupe cu un număr de pînă la 20 persoane);

-2.15 Organizarea de diferite secții pe interese, inclusiv de cultură fizică, pentru copii de pînă la 16 ani (în grupe de pînă la 20 persoane);

-2.16 Organizarea de diferite secții pe interese, inclusiv de cultură fizică, pentru adulți (în grupe de pînă la 20 persoane);

-2.49 Servicii de ghidaj turistic prestate de către ghizi de turism, inclusiv cu transport propriu.

(Modificare în baza generalizată a practicii fiscale în temeiul modificărilor efectuate în Codul fiscal prin Legea pentru modificarea unor acte normative nr. 91 din 11.06.2020 (în vigoare 26.07.2020, Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova nr. 153-158 art. 284 din 26.06.2020))
