14. (31.2.23) Începând cu 24 noiembrie 2017 au fost stabilite prețuri minime curente de comercializare cu amănuntul a țigaretelor fără filtru. Ce sancțiuni se vor aplica în cazul comercializării acestora la prețuri mai mici decât prețurile minime de referi

În rezultatul modificărilor operate la art.9 din Legea bugetului de stat pentru anul 2017 nr.279 din 16 decembrie 2016 prin Legea nr. 227 din 2 noiembrie 2017 au fost stabilite prețuri minime de comercializare cu amănuntul la țigarete (poziția tarifară 34020 20). În condițiile acțiunii prevederilor art.91 alin. (1) din Lege prețul de vânzare cu amănuntul pentru țigaretele (pachet unitar) cu filtru/fără filtru, poziția tarifară 2402 20, începând cu 24 noiembrie 2017 nu poate fi mai mic decât nivelul prețului minim de referință stabilit. Totodată, alin. (2) al articolului menționat stabilește sancționarea cu amendă în mărime de 50% din valoarea țigaretelor respective aflate în stoc la momentul controlului, dar nu mai puțin de 1000 de lei, în cazul comercializării lor cu amănuntul la prețuri mai mici decât prețurile minime de referință, cu excepția stocurilor de țigarete cu filtru/fără filtru aflate în unitățile comerciale cu amănuntul până la 1 ianuarie 2017.
