Arhiva Nu, agenţii economici producători agricoli a căror activitate de bază efectivă este prevăzută în Anexa nr. 3 la Legea nr. 1164-XIII din 24.04.1997 pentru punerea în aplicare a titlurilor I şi II ale Codului fiscal, pe perioada anilor 2006-2010 sunt scutiţi de achitarea taxei pentru folosirea drumurilor de către autovehiculele înmatriculate în Republica Moldova doar pentru autovehiculele înmatriculate în Republica Moldova, utilizate în procesul tehnologic. La categoria autovehiculelor utilizate în procesul tehnologic nu pot fi atribuite şi autovehiculele utilizate în scop de serviciu, deoarece: - autovehicule utilizate în procesul tehnologic sunt autovehiculele utilizate în totalitatea operaţiilor concomitente sau ordonate în timp, necesare fie pentru obţinerea unui produs (prin extragere, prelucrare, asamblare), fie pentru întreţinerea sau repararea unui sistem tehnic; - cheltuielile legate de întreţinerea autovehiculelor utilizate în procesul tehnologic (destinate producerii) se atribuie la consumuri indirecte de producţie (contul 813 al Planului de conturi contabile al activităţii economico-financiare), care la finele perioadei de gestiune se include în costul produselor finite, iar cheltuielile legate de întreţinerea autoturismelor de servici ale conducătorului, agronomului şi altor lucrători, conform alin. 15 pct. 20 al Standardului Naţional de Contabilitate nr. 3 ’’Componenţa consumurilor şi cheltuielilor întreprinderii’’, se atribuie la cheltuielile generale şi administrative ale întreprinderii (contul 713 al Planului de conturi contabile al activităţii economico-financiare).
