2. (29.1.3.5.1) Întrebarea și răspunsul de la nr. 29.1.3.5.1. se comasează cu nr. 29.1.3.5.10.
Se va calcula uzura în scopuri fiscale în cazul în care mijlocul fix, temporar, nu este exploatat în activitatea de întreprinzător? Potrivit pct. (3) al Hotarîrii Guvernului nr. 289 din 14.03.2007,obiectul calculării uzurii sînt mijloacele fixe folosite (aflate în exploatare) în activitatea de întreprinzător şi supuse uzurii. Prin urmare, baza valorică a mijloacelor fixe la sfîrşitul perioadei de gestiune se va micsora cu baza valorică a mijlocului fix care temporar nu este exploatat.
