2. (29.2.6.30) Cum urmează a se aplica prevederile art.90/1 alin.3/3 din Codul fiscal, pentru persoanele fizice care au obținut cîștiguri de la campaniile promoţionale pe parcursul etapei II a perioadei fiscale 2018 ?

Conform art. 901 alin. (33) din Codul fiscal, fiecare plătitor de cîştiguri urmează să reţină şi să verse la buget un impozit în mărime de 12% din cîştigurile de la campaniile promoţionale în partea în care valoarea fiecărui cîştig depăşeşte mărimea scutirii personale stabilite la art.33 alin.(1). Totodată, potrivit art.20 lit. p1 din Codul fiscal, în sursele de venit neimpozabile sunt incluse cîştigurile de la loterii şi/sau pariuri sportive. Potrivit art. 33 alin. (1) din Cod stabilește că, fiecare contribuabil (persoană fizică rezidentă) are dreptul la o scutire personală în sumă de 24 000 lei pe an, începînd cu data de 01.10.2018. Prin urmare, plătitorii de cîştiguri urmează să reţină şi să verse la buget impozit din cîștigurile în partea în care valoarea fiecărui cîştig depăşeşte mărimea scutirii personale, în sumă de 24 000 lei pe an, începînd cu data de 01.10.2018
