29.2.12.1 Care este modalitatea de solicitare a confirmării de rezidență a cetățenilor RM care intenționează să deschidă conturi la instituțiile bancare din străinătate?

În conformitate cu prevederile Ordinului SFS nr.231/2022 (publicat în Monitorul Oficial nr.164-169 din 3 iunie 2022), persoanele fizice rezidente cetățeni ai Republicii Moldova care intenționează să deschidă un cont bancar în străinătate pot să solicite eliberarea „Confirmării de rezidență cu scopul deschiderii conturilor la instituțiile bancare din străinătate (Forma 2-CR22)”.

„Cererea de eliberare a confirmării de rezidență cu scopul deschiderii conturilor la instituțiile bancare din străinătate (Forma 1-CR22)” se depune la Direcțiile deservire fiscală din cadrul Direcției generale deservire fiscală a Serviciului Fiscal de Stat al Republicii Moldova conform razei de deservire.

Dovada înregistrării la domiciliu a persoanelor fizice rezidente cetățeni ai Republicii Moldova se va face prin buletinul de identitate în care este indicat domiciliul în Republica Moldova.

Confirmarea de rezidență cu scopul deschiderii conturilor la instituțiile bancare din străinătate se eliberează de către Serviciul Fiscal de Stat în termen de 3 zile lucrătoare de la recepționarea cererii.
