(41.5) Care este ultima perioadă de raportare conform modului de completare şi prezentare a Dării de seamă privind calcularea contribuţiei obligatorii în Fondul Viei şi Vinului (forma CFV), aprobat prin Ordinul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat nr. 429/2013?

Potrivit Art.I din Legea 157/2020 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2020, nr. 199-204 art. 432, în vigoare din 07.08.2020), prin derogare de la prevederile art.323 alin. (7) din Legea viei şi vinului nr.57/2006, producătorii de produse vitivinicole se scutesc de plata contribuţiilor obligatorii la Fondul Viei şi Vinului în perioada anului 2020.
În acest scop, a fost aprobat Ordinul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat nr. 423/2020 (în vigoare din 28.08.2020).
Prima perioadă de raportate pasibilă declarării conform modului stabilit de Ordinul menționat este 1 mai – 31 august 2020.
Respectiv, pentru perioada de raportare ianuarie-aprilie 2020, modul de declarare a contribuțiilor obligatorii aferente tranzacțiilor efectuate de contribuabilii contribuțiilor obligatorii la Fond specificate în art. 323 alin. (5) din Legea viei şi vinului nr. 57/2006, se va efectua conform formularului și modului stabilit de Ordinul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat nr.429/2013.
