Declaraţiile privind disponibilul de mijloace băneşti la 01.01.2012 se depun, pe suport de hîrtie, la inspectoratul fiscal de stat teritorial după locul domiciliului sau reşedinţei de către persoanele ce au această obligaţie conform art. 2267. În cazul în care persoana fizică nu dispune de domiciliu sau reşedinţă, declaraţia se prezintă la organul teritorial în raza căruia se deserveşte agentul economic care a constituit ultimu...
