9. (32.1.15) În scopul administrării fiscale, care cod fiscal utilizează subdiviziunea persoanei juridice în activitatea sa?
În conformitate cu art.165 alin.(5) din Codul fiscal, în scopul administrării fiscale subdiviziunile persoanelor juridice utilizează codul fiscal al persoanelor juridice.
