Cu privire la înregistrarea facturii
În cazul eliberării făcurii simple în suma mai mare de 100 mii lei, când emitentul nu este plătitor TVA, trebuie sa o înregistreze in terme de 10 zile în Registrul general electronic al facturilor fiscale? Dacă agentul economic (furnizor) nu este subiect al impunerii cu TVA și nu eliberează factura fiscală pe livrarea efectuată, el nu are obligație de înregistrarea facturii în Registrul general electronic al facturilor fiscale.
