Despre eliberarea greșită a facturii fiscale și procedura emiterii altei
În cazul în care, la efectuarea unei livrări impozabile cu T.V.A. a fost eliberată greșit „Factură fiscală”, care va fi procedura emiterii altei, cu date corecte. Cum ar fi posibil de a reflecta această operațiune in Declarația privind T.V.A., și poate cumpărătorul exercita dreptul la trecerea în cont a T.V.A.? Pentru livrările impozabile, în cazul retragerii facturii fiscale eliberate cu erori, factura fiscală corectată se va elibera cu reflectarea datei livrării și datei eliberării de facto a acesteia, cu înscrierea unei mențiuni, unde se va indica numărul, seri...
