Reportarea pierderilor în scopuri fiscale
Cum vor fi reportate pierderile în scopuri fiscale aferente perioadelor de până la 2016? În scopuri fiscale pierderile apar ca rezultat al depășirii cheltuielilor legate de activitatea de întreprinzător recunoscute în scopuri fiscale asupra venitului obținut din desfășurarea acestei activități. Pierderile rezultate din activitatea de întreprinzător (depășirea deducerilor prevăzute față de venitul brut, conform Codului fiscal) se reportă în timp ținând cont de prevederile art. 32 din Codul fiscal existente la momentul formării acestora.
