Se consideră sursă de venit impozabilă venitul obținut sub formă de dobîndă, achitat persoanelor fizice rezidente, precum şi persoanelor fizice nerezidente, aferent depozitelor bancare amplasate pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova?
Venitul obţinut sub formă de dobîndă, conform prevederilor art. 18 lit. g) din Codul fiscal, este sursă de venit impozabilă. Totodată, în acest context, conform prevederilor art. 24 alin. (7) din Legea pentru punerea în aplicare a titlurilor I şi II ale Codului fiscal, nu se impozitează, pînă la 1 ianuarie 2015, dobînzile persoanelor fizice rezidente, cu excepţia celor înregistrate într-o formă de organizare juridică a activităţii de întreprinzător, de la depozitele bancare, valorile mobiliare corporative sub formă de obligaţiuni şi valorile mobiliare, care sînt instrument...
