TVA la prestarea serviciilor de brokeraj vamal rezidenţilor ZEL
Activăm ca brokeri vamali. Acordăm servicii de perfectare a declaraţiilor vamale pentru AE. Deoarece avem o solicitare de colaborare cu un agent economic, rezident al ZEL, vrem să ştim: sunt serviciile noastre acordate rezidentului ZEL considerate livrai impozabile cu TVA? În conformitate cu prevederile art. 95 alin. (2) lit. a) din Codul fiscal, livrarea mărfurilor, serviciilor efectuată în interiorul zonei economice libere sau în cadrul regimului de antrepozit vamal, nu constituie obiecte impozabile cu TVA.
