Расчеты наличными: новые правила, применяемые с апреля 2025 года
Вступление в силу с 1 апреля 2025 года Закона №34/2024 об осуществлении наличных денежных расчетов и о внесении изменений в некоторые нормативные акты (далее - Закон № 34/2024) вызвало множество вопросов как у представителей бизнеса, так и у физических лиц, не осуществляющих предпринимательскую деятельность. В данной статье представлены некоторые разъяснения относительно применения новых правил расчетов наличными, что обеспечит заинтересованным сторонам определенную предсказуемость. Некоторые ограничения и ответственность в области кассовых операций, до ввода в действие Закона №34/2024, были предусмотрены абз. 8, 9 и 10 ст. 6 и п. 5 ст. 10 Закона №845/1992 о предпринимательстве и предприятиях (далее - Закон № 845/1992). Одновременно, на основании ст. 12 Закона №34/2024, с 1 апреля 2025 г. указанные положения Закона №845/1992 утратили силу.
