Sistemul digital de traversare programată a frontierei aduce eficiență și predictibilitate pentru transportatori
Transportatorii care utilizează Sistemul digital de traversare programată a frontierei – Border Queuing System (BQS), implementat în regim pilot de Serviciul Vamal al Republicii Moldova, beneficiază de timpi de așteptare reduși, planificare optimă a curselor și respectarea normelor internaționale privind timpii de lucru și de odihnă ai șoferilor.
Circa 3.600 de camioane au utilizat deja BQS pentru traversarea frontierei pe sensul de ieșire din Republica Moldova, acesta fiind lansat în regim pilot la Postul Vamal Costești la 30 ianuarie 2025. Sistemul permite rezervarea online a intervalului de trecere, atât prin platforma bqs.customs.gov.md, cât și prin aplicația mobilă disponibilă pe App Store și Google Play.
Avantajele BQS pentru transportatori:
• Reducerea timpilor de așteptare și eliminarea blocajelor la frontieră;
• Planificare eficientă a traseelor și a livrărilor;
• Respectarea normelor internaționale privind timpii de conducere și de odihnă;
• Transparență și gestionare optimă a fluxului de camioane, monitorizat automat.
Datele înregistrate în primele șase luni confirmă impactul pozitiv al sistemului:
• 1.413 transporturi cu mărfuri AEO;
• 1.279 camioane fără marfă;
• 736 camioane cu mărfuri;
• 166 transporturi în regim de tranzit internațional.
La moment, Serviciul Vamal examinează posibilitatea extinderii sistemului și în posturile vamale Leușeni, Giurgiulești 1 și Otaci, pentru a asigura un acces mai larg al transportatorilor la avantajele BQS și pentru a spori eficiența traversării frontierei pe principalele coridoare de transport.
