Biroul asociat de avocați este persoană juridică și este supus regimului transparenței fiscale. Plata impozitului pe venit se face, prin intermediul biroului asociat de avocați, de către fiecare avocat și avocat stagiar care activează în cadrul biroului asociat de avocați, pentru venitul propriu, prevede noua redacție a art.31 alin (2) din Legea nr. 1260/2002 cu privire la avocatură, care a intrat în vigoare la 14 iunie 2021.
