Executorul judecătoresc își desfășoară activitatea în circumscripția Camerei Teritoriale a Uniunii Executorilor Judecătorești a Republicii Moldova. Executorul judecătoresc este înregistrat ca contribuabil, ține evidența veniturilor și achită impozitele și taxele prevăzute de legislație.
