Exportul mărfurilor accizate: confirmarea dreptului la restituirea accizelor
Urmează oare antrepozitarul autorizat urmează să dețină documentele de plată şi extrasul băncii care confirmă încasarea de facto pe contul său a sumei rezultate din vânzarea partenerului străin a mărfurilor supuse accizelor în cazul în care livrarea (la export) se face cu titlu gratuit?
