Unele particularități aferente asigurării sociale a persoanelor străine
În cadrul unei companii cu capital străin, pe bază de contract individual de muncă, sunt angajate persoane din alte state. Conform art. 20 din Legea nr. 81/2004 cu privire la investițiile în activitatea de întreprinzător prevede că, întreprinderea poate transfera contribuții de asigurare socială doar pentru salariații străini care au manifestat dorința de a beneficia de asistență socială în Republica Moldova.
